Thank you for not patronizing puppy mills and the pet shops that support them.
We ship nationwide, guaranteed safe delivery. The trips normally take 5 to 6 hours all told, just enough time for a good nap and a stretch and it is no cause for concern.
AKC has inspected our dogs, facilities, identification procedures, litter records and ownership records and given us a perfect report. This is not a puppy mill. We do not engage in line breeding or inbreeding. We manage the bloodlines carefully and ensure that breeding is only with unrelated individuals.
UPDATED MAY 16, 2012: We have a very pretty litter of tricolors born May 5th. They will be ready to ship July 2nd. We are taking deposits now.
This one just flew to Boston: Hi Terry – Sorry for the delay in responding, but Winston has kept me very busy this week! What a perfect puppy! He had a very good flight, and arrived happy, healthy and full of vim and vigor! Potty training has been very easy, and he is adapting very easily. He is sleeping through the night in his crate, and wakes up with vim and vigor. We had a little snow storm yesterday, and I’m relatively certain this Southern Beagle is not a fan of our snow, but catching snowflakes with his tongue while doing back flips did seem to excite him. Thanks again for such a great puppy and such a smooth process of getting him here. I’m looking forward to years of companionship with my new “roommate”!
Best to you all, xxxx
This one flew to Florida yesterday: "Hi Terry. She arrived and is VERY PRETTY- just like you said! And I shouldn't have been worried about the flight, she popped out of the crate playing. She immediately took over the toys from my male beagle. He is going to be run ragged. We have named her bunny.
Thank you for all your support in getting her to us and for the communication throughout the process was just right. I will send pictures of Bunny soon.
Thank you again, xxxxxxx"
This lemon male flew to San Diego last tuesday: "Hi Terry, we just wanted to let you know that Dexter passed his vet exam here with flying colors. He is 3.8 pounds and no worms. His teeth are perfectly straight- unlike our previous dogs! Heart, lungs, etc.- normal. He wanted you to tell Swamper and Mandy that he loves his new yard and everyone here is crazy about him- spoling him a bit- so don't worry about him but come by and visit if they get to San Diego! Thanks again, xxxxxxx"
Lemon is a rare color strain- white with yellow markings. It is not albino. They have typical, dark colored eyes. Lemon is a recessive gene and we can usually get only about 1 out of 5. We also like to raise dark blanketback tricolors. Our puppies are from fine champion bloodlines with wonderful affectionate, playful temperaments. A woman bought one of our last litter and told us she had been looking at show beagles at a price of $1200 per pup. I asked her how much prettier they were than ours and she replied, "Yours are prettier." We will accept that and give God the glory.
PRICE: Our beagles are $400. All come with puppy papers and written health guarantee. Must see to appreciate. We ship by air within the continental US, guaranteed safe delivery, for $300 to airports served for puppies by American Airlines. Other airlines require more airfare. Shipping price includes all equipment, vet check, health certificate, interstate transport certificate, handling, and airfare. Once your puppy is shipped, the shipping kennel belongs to you. We can deliver in person for 50 cents per mile round trip. You can come pick up. Personal hand delivery to Dallas, Memphis or Kansas City $250, Oklahoma City or Shreveport $225, Tulsa $150; other locations figured by the mile.
The consensus is that our beagles are gorgeous and make wonderful pets. Many testimonials available on request such as this one from a repeat buyer:
"I cannot thank you and your family enough. xxxxx is just the sweetest mannered and most beautiful puppy in the world! Our whole family loves her beyond words. So much so that my wife has been asking for another. I thought it best to come back to you since we had such a great experience and, if this could be her real sister it would be GREAT!"
We deal in individuals and we do not use generic photos. We try to get good, clear digital closeups of all angles. The pics we send you are current. We get fresh ones each week. The perspective makes the puppies look larger than they actually are. We want you to be able to see the markings and musculature well so that you know your puppy as an individual but people are invariably surprised when they see how small their puppy actually is in person. The puppy you pick is the one you will get. We try hard to take the pain out of it for you. EMail or call (479) 719-8716.
We have reluctantly instituted a sales contract since thieves in Beverly Hills conspired with a dishonest vet and stole a very fine lemon female from us and stuck us with the shipping costs and airfare and unscrupulous tricksters in Springfield, Missouri took us to the cleaners. Click the link at the top to see the contract.
We try to be as friendly and accomodating as we can be but lots of people tell us they want to adopt a puppy then never get around to sending any money. One man in Florida promised to send money for seven weeks and never did send any. We do not hold puppies without money down. Many times there are numerous people considering the same puppy and as long as we feel that they would provide a good home the first one who sends money adopts the puppy.
